Panduan Pemakanan Tambahan Buat Ibu Mengandung...
Alhamdullilah dan Tahniah buat yang berjaya hamil.Yup for some people it is not easy to conceive.
Dekat sini saya nak share beberapa makanan tambahan buat kandungan kita.
Yup tak nafikan,kesibukan + loya+hormon tak stabil membuatkan kita kadang2 ambil ringan of what we eat throughout our pregnancy.
so kat sini, like a shortcut which is safe, inshaAllah berkesan and kenyang for us mommy to be :)

(1) B-Complex - 1 tab daily. Tak perlu ambil acid folic separately, because this B-Complex dah lengkap dgn 8 kumpulan B, termasuklah asid folik.

(2) Vita-Lea with Iron - 1 tab daily. Vita-Lea nie is a multivitamin. So, bila dah ambil nie tak perlu ambil Obimin ya.
(3) Vit-C - 1 tab daily. Improve your antibodi, natural antihistamine and collagen source, so will reduce stretch mark effect.
(4) OsteMatrix - 4 tab daily, will give you 1000mg calcium needed daily. Setiap satu tab ada 250mg Calcium. Ibu mengandung perlukan 1000mg-1300mg calcium sehari untuk pembentukan tulang yg kuat & gigi utk baby. Jika minum susu penuh kalsium segelas sehari, ambil 2 biji OsteMatrix sehari pon mencukupi.

(5) Protein (ESP) - Bancuh satu sudu ESP ke dalam secawan air dan diminum. Sekali sehari ajer. Air tue boleh air kosong, mahupon juice seperti orange juice. ESP ini akan berikan tenaga berterusan, supaya mommy tak cepat letih, selain mencantikkan kulit. Kurang stretch-mark effect.
(6) OmegaGuard - 1 tab daily is enough.DHA dan EPA dari Omega nie penting untuk pembentukan brain & mata baby, ya. Buat mommy pula, ia akan kawal paras kolesterol dalam badan mommy.
